The Key (A Fairytale) - Chapter 3 - Broken Wings (Part 3)

When the hunter spit in my face, I felt the familiar rush, that always my deadly encounters. But this time, Maradin sake, I kept my composure.

"Wait a minute my friend," I said as my hand in a gesture of friendship, "They did everything wrong. I just stopped by to help with some repairs to trade for food. I am on my way. "

" do not call me your friend, you useless key seekers, "he growled. "Your key seekers are worse than leeches, live hard-working people like us. They are all lazy and will do everything to stay as far away from work, as you can. What you really want is a free ride, and any innocent girls, that your way. Be careful, you Skinny beggars, or I will give you Wish You Were never born! "

I looked down, and then held my hand in a gesture of innocence, but Maradin ' the fianc was unrelenting. "You are as useless as this brainless woman. She could not wait for me to fix the roof, could they? Did they tell you that I was busy hunting to save up to our wedding? Has it forgot to mention that? I told her I would fix the roof Damned if I had time, but I think that was not good enough for them. It is only an impatient, ungrateful wench who do not know what is good for them. Listen to this, key faker; after we are married, they will learn quickly how to treat a husband, or we will be whipped cream and brought into line as every damned, stubborn mule. "

I just stared at him to say nothing; "key faker" hit me hard. What's in it for me here in this terrible situation? Maybe I was a faker.

"Well, I see that you are a coward, he chided, and they may be. They are completely worthless." He pushed me aside and Strode from the house, slamming the door so hard that they broke the glass.

I stood at the entrance to the cottage speechless and dumfounded, to watch him mount his great horse, and riding off. Now I knew that I have in my heart from the very beginning, never to stop this house to complicate this young girl's life, as well as my own. I had to leave as soon as possible.

I did not say something to Maradin, and only went directly to the barn, pipe for conquerors. As I waited for my horse, everything had happened in recent weeks ran wild through my head. And then I heard a sound outside. . . but it was not conquerors. Someone ran towards me with a lantern. I swung the barn door open, ready for everything just to me Maradin operating in my arms. They wept uncontrollably.

"I am deadly afraid of him," she sobbed, "He threatened to kill me. But worse than that, I am deeply in love with you, and I do not know what to do. I'm so confused . "

This everything was spinning out of control. The deep feelings I had for them could not be denied, and that things even more complicated, it was obvious that her life was in danger because this maniac fiance. I did not know what to do, but I had always something.

"Do not worry:" I said, motioning to sit on the hay.

Suddenly, I heard a "Thud."

Maradin face has an expression stunned, and when I saw my heart stopped. The sense of a hunting arrow protruded from her chest and bright red blood was soaking through their immaculate white blouse.

I carried her from the barn through the back door and laid them on the grass away from danger, but there was nothing I could do. I had seen enough battlefield wounds to know that she was dying.

She looked at me, puzzled.

I tried to sound convincing. "You'll be fine, hold my hand tightly," I said as I pressed on her chest in a vain attempt to secure the flow of heavy blood.

Her soft, blue eyes looked calm to me, a wistful smile briefly their journey innocent face. She knew I was lying. . . and they knew that their dream of us together were now disappeared, as well as their parents were gone as well. . . and then their lifeless eyes stared straight ahead.

I gently closed his eyes, I have learned that so much love. She looked calm. Maybe die in my arms brought them some peace.

I looked back in their barn. They dropped the lantern, when the arrow pierced her back, and now the barn, as well as the lodge was engulfed in flames. But the flames were cool as water compared to the inferno of anger, burned in my mind.

I remained with their bodies until the first light, then I mounted conquerors and began tracking the killers. I was not obliged to go very far, the fiance was waiting for me near our picnic spot.

The moment frozen in time with the horses stood motionless on the lawn yet, as we all other.

"Are You prepared to your lover? "Cried the fiance in this area. This murderer had no idea who he was to confront. . . or how much danger he was in.

With no weapons and riding bareback, I grabbed hold of Conqueror's mane. "Attack", whispered to me, and now the powerful, battle-hardened horse recklessly ran full speed toward the black stallion. The killer drew his longbow, took aim. . . quiet and waited. We were perilously close to each other, before he finally solved the deadly arrow, but it missed its mark. His stallion flinched in anticipation of Conquerors fee as well as the killers released the arrow. The shot was low, driving deep into the conqueror shoulder, take me instead, but the great horse never faltered. He careened broadside into the black horse with such force that the two animals and their riders went hard, with the brutal impact conqueror break the neck, and snap the black horse, the two front legs.

I was stunned for a moment, enough Time for the betrothed to roll up from the ground, pull a large knife from his belt and slash to me, missing my neck of tariff, but inflicting an open wound in my chest. As blood down my side, I came back, looked into the wound with indifference, and then trained my eye on my solitary enemy.

Then the killer suddenly recognized me. We had met before on the battlefield, many years ago when he came back and ran away from the toughest fighters in the country, but he could not run now, and he knew it. He had the knife, but also his hand trembled and his face turned ashen, as I continue to quietly staring at him. All I could think was the innocent girl die helpless in my arms, and how they killed the animal, she was soon to pay. . . with his fiance life.

The pointed knife again, and how he Struck, there was a blur of movement, much too fast for the killer to see, let alone counter as I blocked the thrust of the knife with my left arm and with my right thumb , Breaking his windpipe. Slowly, the fiance fell to the ground gasping for air, stoically as I watched him die a painful death. (To be continued) .

He-She Cheated!

People get divorced for many, many reasons, including: to be lied to, abused, cheated on, or they only with "I love you no more." If you are for this article, it is more than likely, you have betrayed, and it feels just terrible, is not it? Even if you think that it was horrible, it is a good news! It was not your fault that your spouse cheated. They are those who are responsible for what they did not you.

I 'm quite confident that if your mate to be caught cheating, it is very likely that he (they) are shielded from search "false". There may be have been an excuse, but it always seems to be rationale for the fraud. Persons who are not faithful are often very self-centered and selfish. Oh, I'm quite confident that they think they have good reasons why it is not their fault, and why it is you. They were not around enough. They were not affectionate enough. You do not have enough to satisfy sex. No matter what reason they offer, they can not make you think that they never had a choice because they have done. They were not to do something that they wanted to do, so he gave them permission to cheat. Well, it is absolutely incorrect.

While I believe that no one is ever completely to blame, everyone is responsible for their own acts and words from your mouth. Even if you do not have sex with your partner for many years, it's allright never cheat. It is your responsibility of the spouse as your husband to come for the first time. We each have the opportunity to choose to act or to commit errors, and they chose the worst one.

This, where it would be healthy for you to do what some. Were there signs of infidelity that I saw? Do I ignore? It could be at their side forever, but you would be best served if you asked some questions about you, such as "What kind of person I agree to marry?"? Probably a selfish person you thought you could change. That is always a mistake. You can not change someone. It does not matter how hard you tried. If someone is inherently selfish, they probably always will be. Make this a huge learning lesson in your life. The next time you and will try to get to know someone, similar instructions. Did they commit adultery? If they are much like your ex, it's probably a good thing, because you no longer married. Trust your instincts. If the person you are, is unbearable, then change, and then you move to the next good thing.

The Key (A Fairytale) - Chapter 3 - Broken Wings (Part 2)

The next morning I discovered a dull axe behind the house that I'm coming to a sharpened knife edge. I thought that cutting a few days' supply of firewood and stacked them neatly along the fence to repay the girls for their thoughtfulness would be a good idea. I must admit I was pretty young woman with the issue so much love and so little fear. "If they only knew who I really was:" I mused.

While I was stacking the wood, I noticed some missing shingles from the roof. "Why not?" I thought: "I could they repay graciousness with some repairs before I leave, and it should not take more than a few hours. It would be the right thing to do, and I could go away from mid-morning. "

When I said Maradin my intentions, she was thrilled." How wonderful, "she cried." It began to leak inside, but I had no idea , How to fix it. My father took care of things like that, and I must apologize that my fiancee is so busy hunting, he has no time to do a lot to do this. "

As I saw and listened to her, I was always concerned about this absent fianc.

I worked the whole day on the roof, which was much worse condition than I had originally thought, and as I discovered more shingles into disrepair, I found myself still working on it three days later. Around noon my third day, came Maradin bounce of the cottage with a basket of foodstuffs and announced, "What a beautiful day for a picnic! Well, do not say 'no' because I have too much work packaging This basket, get off that roof and helps me to find a nice, shady spot by the river! "

Over the course of just a few days, we had discovered a deepening affection for each other. And although this invitation was innocent enough, I had to be careful. But how could I refuse someone in this charming?

We started on the lawn, and how a small Girls, it is the basket on the floor and began to run. "Let's race! But you have to carry the basket, "they screamed as they flew race for the wood line.

I grabbed the basket and ran after her, so they lead me to a stand of tall, shady trees that a sparkling, crystal-clear stream . We were there from the Fang our breath for a moment, and I could not help notice her glowing skin, from which only a trace of perspiration.

We went through the soft ferns lined the banks of the stream until we came to a shady, spot with a view to the sun-drenched grassy meadow. The noise of water trickling quietly washed more than half under water, shiny rocks announcement to the small, hungry fish, held their seats in the current tidbit that their treasures were soon to float downstream . An occasional whisper of warm winds through the trees remain silent was the only other thing that could be heard, as I was swept away by her smile and her soft hair, and their beautiful eyes. She was so beautiful today.

The picnic lunch was delightful and creative, another example of its many magical abilities, and how they reminisced about their childhood and their fondness for their parents, I was banned. I was cautious, but to avoid talking about my real past and conjure up some humorous stories about an The lives of citizens in the kingdom. How could a few White Lies spoil everything?

We talked and laughed into the early evening and at one point mentioned, when I was her fiance and asked about their plans, they looked away immediately, of course try to keep , Back tears.

Now I was convinced that they are in a kind of anger, but it was right to press the question? A part of me was sensitive to their feelings, but another, graere part, my instincts warriors Was to protect these vulnerable girls in the wilderness, no matter what.

The pent up five years of loneliness tore at me, and I timidly my arms around her, she slowly turned and looked at, so vulnerable, with tears streaming face.

Powerful about their feelings overwhelmed me. I suddenly realized that I would gladly give my life for this girl, even though I had only known her for such a short time, and as I quietly kate away her tears, that I tasted the a, salty nectar of desire... And we embraced as lovers have done to the original forests since the beginning of time.

We both went silently back into the hut, where I said good night and retired to the barn. The small, nor voice in my heart again pleaded with me to leave, asked me to leave, but my mind has convinced me that a real man would not helpless desert a girl in distress. I had to stay a while longer and solve this puzzle on her Fiance when it actually was a fianc.

Over the next two weeks, I discovered that the cabin needed extensive repairs and continue to work, promising me every day that I will soon leave. The episode in a meadow embarrassed both of us, and nothing more. But I knew they felt as I did.

The fiance was never again, and I began to think that perhaps Maradin had concocted this whole story about a fiancee, dealing with a kind of notional security . You could have invented their brothers and give the impression that someone was there for them. Perhaps it was nobody at all, two could say little White Lies! Maradin was probably alone, perhaps fending for themselves in this lonely, forlorn corner of the world .

One night, as usual, I retired to the upper gallery of the barn on the comforting, hay-muffled sounds of snorting and stomping of the animals in their stalls. It was an occasional, distant whinny conqueror, my scout, alerting me of its fate in the forest. It was peaceful here. I liked it, and as I drove off to sleep, pictures of the beautiful and mysterious Maradin danced in my mind.

Just after midnight, I was awakened by banging his conqueror hoof against the barn door . It was followed by loud screams. I looked and could see that the lanterns were lit in the hut, and a large black horse was tied. The horse shoulders, old wounds, long healed and give it was a Warrior ' horse to a certain point, but now apparently belonged to a hunter, because the saddle was a powerful longbow, a quiver of arrows, and the usual blankets and water jugs. The horse looked familiar but vague, but I could not quite place. I got out of the attic and cautiously approached the hut. Through the window I could see a large, well-built man shows his finger at Maradin and rage.

What was crying with me to do? Was this a lover's dispute That I did not disturb business, or was she in danger? I knocked timidly, in the hope of distraction, the man from his tirade.

The door swung open violently, and with a nasty smirk, the hunters spit in my face. "This the eyes, idiot key seekers sleeping with them, "he barked. (To be continued)

What Is True Entertainment?

If it is a thing in life I really enjoy films and music. There is no better feeling after watching a major film for the first time. The same could be said about listening to a great song for the first time. I do not know what I would do if movies and music never existed.

From the first film I can remember ever to watch the last one. I have always loved films. It does not matter what kind of film it is either. I like all types even kid films, which seems to have become much more adults over the years. Movies are an escape from reality. Whether good or bad, as I call it a mini-vacation. It is a great opportunity, every weekend for a few hours. Movies are the modern books and over time to certain films are legendary. Like certain books about time.

The only thing that can be compared to my love of cinema should be music. It is a cornerstone in many cultures and can also be defined. Music can also be a person. It is the expression of feelings, thoughts, attitudes, ect. It is, a person is not only what they heard. The same could be said of cultures. Music is what they are and what they have become. Music can tell stories about everything. Regardless of whether they are true or false, you are the judges. It is a way for themselves and everyone you want be.

Movies and music are the best forms of entertainment. Both are exciting and informative. They take you from one extreme to another. We are really in the information age with films and music the leading way.

Japanese Art Prints

Japanese art prints, or Ukiyo-e, which literally means "pictures of the floating world", has become an increasingly popular art form in the Western world. These "pictures of the floating world" jumped from the Buddhist ideology, the pleasure is only temporary and separation from the desire bring true enlightenment. The concept was abbreviated mean that if joy is fleeting, then you have to enjoy it to its fullest. Then, scenes of joy were displayed and Ukiyo-e. This came in particular to bear movement in the 17th Century. It involved carving a picture reversed on wood cuts, which showed surfaces with ink, and push the block on the paper, was in the creation of the print.

History and Development
Ukiyo-e originated in the region of Edo (Tokyo) during a time when Japanese political and military power was in the hands of the shogun. Japan, during this period, isolated from the rest of the world under the policy of Sakoku, which translates into "remote or closed." In 1853, an American commander named Perry came to Japan to negotiate with the Japanese government on behalf of the United States. At the time of Perry's arrival, Ukiyo-e was a popular form of contemporary art, and many were on sale on the streets of Edo. Western visitors carried Ukiyo-e prints back to their homes, then uses Japan's exotic art for the rest of the world.

The subject of Ukiyo-e usually portraits of Kabuki actors, theatrical scenes, lovers, famous courtesans, landscape and scenes from Japan history and tradition. The first prints were in black and white. Artist Okomura Masanobu Suzuki Harunobu, and were among the first to produce color woodcuts by creating a block for each color. Color woodblocking was a very complex process. It had a key block for the outlines and a block for each color. Many of the blocks have to be made, in order to reach every color in the print media. The number of impressions, from a block is very limited. As the number of copies increases, the block is taken, and the print quality deteriorated. Producing Japanese art prints, which many people in addition to the artists, including designers, people who planned the form, and others who form the cut, and on the other hand those who forms on the paper.

Offshoots of the Ukiyo-e
The production of this particular Japanese art prints out around 1912. However, two new schools, the print-making in its place. They are called Sosaku Hanga and Shin Hanga. The Sosaku Hanga school believes that the artist must be of central importance for all stages of the printing process, while the Shin Hanga movement is more traditional and believes that the editors most medium - and thus the design, blockage and pressure can be various artists .

collecting Ukiyo-e
The collection of this exotic form of art, there are a few Japanese words. Japanese art prints, as atozuri mean that they came too late prints, but were with the original woodcuts. Prints, the shozuri early prints, and the pressure was fukkoku is a reproduction.

Until the second half of the 20th Century, the Japanese print process is not the artists, and the numbering of each signature print. Instead, the prints were marked with a stamp that the artists, editors and Carver. After increasing number of exotic culture of Japan, a passion for everything Japanese swept through Europe in the late 1860's. Japanese art prints were shipped to Europe, especially France, a record run. Soon, the demand for wood cutting could not be reached, with originals.

Consequently, Japanese publishers began to produce copies of more famous prints. The copy business lasted for many prosperous year. Many of the specimens were of excellent quality. Some prints are trademarks or marks in their margins, identifying them as copies, but others are more difficult to detect. The quality of the paper and the state of the colours are usually the primary indicators in detecting a copy. For the average collector, which is not able to read Japanese characters, the task of detecting a copy is often insurmountable.

Bathroom Stretching Ideas For People, Big Families and Small on Bathrooms

"It is strange", I thought. "We have ten people in two bathrooms at home. On the beach, we often have 20 people with a bathroom. Why is it that half the number of baths for the doubling of the use goes more smoothly? It seems like it should be terribly clogged . " Pun intended course.

Over of the years I thought this situation and saw again and again that it is true, a bath on the beach will work even better than two at home. Through the implementation of these ideas bathroom stretching learned from the beach you can without adding your bathroom!

The most important principle is simply that the beach bathroom use is limited to things that you can do only in a bathroom: personal hygiene, bathing, and with the toilet. At home we use the bathroom for so much more. We put on our make-up, style our hair, take our vitamins before our nails, and many other things in the bathrooms, which are not to do. We have also often stored there together things like drugs in the medicine cabinets. " In fact, many people hold even reading material from the toilet and call it the "Library".

If you want to learn along with me from the beach, you could say, "Move it out." Here are 7-moving ideas:

1. Store some regelmaige AIDS band in an easily accessible place access. I have a small wooden basket with a leather handle, the band more than a hundred AIDS (I have some Spiderman and there are smooth), and a tuba calming antibiotics hang on the side of an iron-shelf system in the vicinity of my kitchen. This discourages quick fixes from the bathroom, and if they need a sink and a paper towel they nearby.

2. Keep over-the-counter and prescription drugs outside of the bathroom. Things for stomachaches, diarrhea, sore throat, eyes, itchy and must not in a bathroom. A shelf bin or near water is beautiful, as many to be taken with a sip water.

3. Move the elements, like other medicines heating pads and thermometers too.

4. Set aside hair care item to keep in a different place. Try your hot curlers, curling iron, hair dryer and a comb, brush, mirror, bottle of water, and the hair pretties (barrettes, clips, scrunchies, etc) somewhere else. Everything you need in the vicinity is a mirror and an electrical outlet.

5. Designate a "Fast Fixer Up Spot" in the vicinity of your departure door. Keep a hair brush, comb, hair spray, and mirror near the door you tend to dash. This is also nice to have when unexpected company can call in the bathroom is use.

6. Make-up should not in a bathroom. Keep your beauty potions and toiletries somewhere with natural light, together with some Feuchttechern and mirror.

7. If possible, have a wall and a door to separate the toilet and sink from the bathtub. This increases the toilet's efficiency.

If Are you close the bathroom could well be short on bathroom space, too. In this case, try extra bathroom storage of relief goods (toilet paper, tissue, hair, and make) elsewhere. You can be creative and do little things so that they can with what is necessary, without the bathroom as storage place. I will continue to be a beautiful tin in every bathroom, the 3 toilet paper rolls. One of my 3-year-old sons jobs, keep them stocked with at least one roll.

There you have it, seven-bath practical ideas learned from the beach for the people at large and small families on the bathroom. You do not have to remodel or even for a penny. You can create your bathroom without adding!

American Idol and Network Marketing - Branding Yourself

I never provided for the concept of American Idol, until I came to see the hearings last year. Now, a weekly ritual (and to the DVR, when I am gone). His interesting for me ... I actually hooked on the performers and how they do.

For the longest time, I have the baby before 17-year-old pop singer David Archuleta would win them all. Because he is (and honestly, but my opinion) the most talented singer. He has a great future ahead of him, but he lacks originality.

Enter David Cook.

I 've always like David's style. He is a rocker with a good voice. What makes him stand, is his ability to make a song, which he touched it, and it sounds like an original that could be a # 1 hit in the whole of this week again.

Take the theme: Mariah Carey. She is one of my all-time favorite female singer, but I am not a huge fan of some of their songs. "Hero" was big hit, like "One Sweet Day" (with Boyz II Men ... my all-time favorite song. Ever. Period). However, I never really cared for "Always Be My Baby," as a song. It was a little too well for my sparkling taste.

Again, enter Cook.

David David C. takes the song, adds his touch (who helps him in this mediation is a genius, and if nobody helps him, David C. a genius), and makes a song that I think is # 1 again. It reminds me of Aerosmith and Bon Jovi in the late 1990's: A great song, darker than the original ( "Rock" as "Pop"), and very well.

My take it is this: While David A. Stimmlich is talented and a hit with the "teeny bopper" girls, which he does not have a case, David C.. Yes, both have great voices, a great stage presence and great careers ahead of them. David A. lacks a certain flare and originality.

David C. (Young marking its confusing Who's who, I also confused input) has the ability, a song that through his ears, and make it a hit. The other David sings only really, really, REALLY well.

By way, this is a great point in marketing. David A. has a good voice and a big following, but he has not really even mark. David C. marks each performance with his own touch (other than great singing). They hear and marketing of everything you should always mark themselves, and not only your products or companies. This is a great example of just this.

David C. has managed to mark "David Cook" as a future star, regardless of how the vote turns out. Tonight's performance is just a good example of this. His voice, his arrangements, his personality on the stage, everything about him is next to him just a singer or just a guy with looks. He has "David Cook" for a successful run in the music business.

The Key (A Fairytale) - Chapter 2 - Ariya (Part 1)

No friendly moon, it was unusual for this light path, but a pitch-black night, as dark and foreboding that I could not see my hand in front of my face. Even Conqueror's sharp eyes soon lost the trail, forcing me to wrestle and dismantling of heavy, wet vines, on foot and on winding roots and rocks in my Faen naked, but I fought on.

My life was shattered. I turned my back on the world only if I knew that I had my sword and took on the garb of a common beggars. My father was no longer there, I had my kingdom, and all my possessions, and I found myself lost and alone. I could have gone back, it was not too late. But soon it would be, if the power vacuum that I began to flood with ambitious man, I would be a threat to whom had an eye on my throne. But "going back" and "withdrawal" were not words that these warriors ever understood.

At least in the battle, I had, but now that control slipped away, as I have before me really for the first time. I had no idea where to go or what would be my fate, all I knew was that something was me to live in the woods and look inwards for the key, but I was unsure how to do either.

My father's death, I am very More than I had expected, to such a degree that an irreversible transformation takes place, was deep in me, and it was rapidly deepening. Maybe it was some kind of shock, a father's death, to dismantle youthful illusions of life of exuberance and joy. And now that the shock, disturbing and seemingly unanswerable questions plagued me questions, which only a few days ago seemed irrelevant a few days when I still able to escape into my fantasies.

When I was a child growing up Wuate I think the secret high priests of the court. They indoctrinated my young mind with impressive ideas from their books, and they assured me that if I only believe what they said, and follow their instructions guarded, I would eventually live with my creator in the sky forever. But I always wondered, behind her back, what or who was my creator and speculated that perhaps the priest's ideas were more in the area of children's fairy tales, tiptoeing around with serious answers secrecy that only increased their power and importance in the court. Why not come face to face with my creator right now, before I died? They never taught me how to do that! And what would a king do in the sky for eternity?

I was decided, a few real answers to my many questions. When the sky was only a tool in the hands of these clever manipulative priest to control my behavior, and strengthen their power, and it really was not the life, then I suppose when I was away. . . I was away! But there remains a problem, where I was before I was born? What was I before I was born? I Was a "nothing", something that materialized by accident, a very short existence, before returning again to "nothing" for eternity? I could not even imagine eternity! Would I be forever in a deep sleep, would like a dreamless night, quickly and without awareness, where my eyes for a moment and graen the beginnings of the next? This idea was comforting, with the exception of the fact, of course, that they never come!

Perhaps dissatisfaction that continually crept into my consciousness and spirit needed memory. I would not worry about these two things in a deep sleep, and who could be a hell so perfect without them?

Would I ever really understand? Would my sincere questions ever be answered? I was on the ground for thirty two years, and for some reason, I was thirsting for knowledge.

We fought through the undergrowth snarled for a week, lost in an endless forest and barely surviving on the occasional mango or banana and a little water we could find , and puddles here and there. One evening, just as the forest was in the middle of the night Serenade, I sat down at the odd bed twisted desire to maintain calm, confidence that the soothing, rhythmic cadence of locusts, and the sounds of the creatures hunting and hiding in Tanglements The slowdown would soon sleep.

It me was barely past dawn, the time of day when the forest slowly surrender his colors, and the outlines of the trees blur in the fading light, when conquerors neighed and stared into the sky. I followed the horse's eyes, and was surprised to see an intense light darting back and forth in the upper branches of the trees, as if signaling us to follow. This strange, intelligent, like fireflies light was so fascinating and charming fought that I through the woods to see what it was and where it was leading us.

Its brilliance slowly increased, on a mighty green hue as we broke out of the woods and found ourselves in a beautiful meadow, the first open-field, which we had since entering the forest. Like a huge, glowing lantern, the light slowly descended, while I just stood there staring with my mouth wide open.

Suddenly, the ball of light to us wandered and landed on a rock, where we were always brighter, until I was forced my shield a good eye for a moment. What happened next was incredible, the brilliant light transformed itself into a beautiful, young females with an extremely luminous materials, transparent quality over her.

She was only three meters high, a nymph, with delicate hands and Fae, and wears a stunning blue gown that was emitting powerful, bluish-green streams of light. Their eyes were big, twice normal size and were dark and mysterious piercing. I felt as if they were looking directly into my heart.

This illogical obvious appearance understandably enchanted me, and the intrigue only intensified when she began talking with her lips, with her voice mystically appear in my mind.

"Do not be afraid," Blitzte their words in my head. "I have always been with you. I was at your side when you mother died. Later, we often played together. You could see me then because I was unobstructed, not yet stifled by worldly illusions. If you are older, daring to walk the thin bar at the top of the castle, I was the one that kept you from falling. And if you grew up in a young man, I was with you on the battlefields protect you against mortal wounds.

"You can see I am now, as your mind is open again, like those of a small child, a result of your stitch the delights of the world, the key to search. Only when your mind is clear, as it is now, then I will see. Whether you see me, but I will always be with you. But, remember, not to me. My help will come when your best efforts are exhausted and you have to leave, only then will I be there. I am your helper, my name is Ariya. "

Unexpectedly, I had a flashback of walking to the high ledge of the palace and told me something to be careful, because I only strengthened almost to a loose section of the wall, which had most of my early demise.

Then Certainly it is no longer" talk "and just stand there, staring at me with these incredibly piercing eyes.

"Am I dreaming," I asked.

"No, my king, you start from your dream. The great warrior, it is nothing compared to the Warriors, which you need if you are really the key. This is a new and completely different battle which must be fought, and it must be fought smart as a tree bends with the wind. The weapons you have on in the past, your swords and knives, they are now useless. The key lies in the depth, guarded by a large dragon, the terrifying Dragon of Atta. That fear is the key stops safely hidden in his den, laughing at the power of the world, for the world and all its weapons can not touch him. "

Now I was really lost. The only weapons that could put on my mighty sword and crossbow. What other weapons could be strong enough to kill a dragon?

" I think I will need some help, "I said," I am confused. All I know is that something is pushing me. "

" Yes, "she replied," something about himself is pushing to develop, The Three Great Weapons of the Spirit. If you expect ever to face these savage dragon someday, you have to be good with these weapons. Extraordinary champions train in performance tests with each weapon, but you have to be exactly their teachings, mastering a weapon in a time before going on to the next. Dreadful Results will be your fate if you short cuts. "

What in the world she was talking about ... the spirit and master? This made no sense all.

" I am sorry that you have lost me, "I said, Zitterte my head.

Her expression turned serious," I would like, that you will not forget one thing, it is intuitively urges that nudge in the direction that your logical mind laugh. You must learn to see how intuitive these calls, so you can follow them, because they will lead to quiet, efficient areas, in your heart, areas that you must achieve if you are ever to hope that this fight mightiest of all dragons . These subtle calls to be heard as a small, quiet voice so quiet and modest, in many ways, but emotionally commanding in others. And they must be pursued regardless of the risk. They are very delicate, these tiny voices, and can easily be overruled by the powerful logic and common sense, very discerning when deciding what voice to obey. I can only recommend that you always to the subtle calls, in your heart, for everything from there is worth it. "

I was confused." You do not explain what is very good, "I said," I agree that it must have been that little voice that led me into the forest, and it would certainly be powerful to do, but I do not know now what to do. I know nothing about the forest. "

She smiled with stunning and irresistible eyes, so that they tortured piercing my heart, and said:" You do not need any knowledge of this unusual question, and soon you will discover that the knowledge and learning actually hinder you. Just let your heart, not your head, and then let everything else fall away. Never afraid of the consequences.

"Hold on to those things that I just said, in mind for the long journey, because if your heart, you will surely find the key."

Suddenly their form began to shrink back into a point of light .

"Wait", I screamed, "Wait", but it was too late, the point of light rose into the tree crowns. I stared in astonishment after her unsure what I had just experienced, but one thing I was certain that I was not dreaming, because conquerors big eyes, they saw, as intense as during the whole encounter. Spam Mail Responsible for New Literary Craze

Spam mail. Frustrierend, time-wasting, completely useless. Right? Not if you are a member of a fast-growing new literary movement. Proponents of this new art form called their works "spam-lit ',' spam poetry," or simply "spoetry ', and comb their junk mail folder for the delicacy of text, to literature.

If you ever received spam mails (which you probably have - some 90 billion bulk messages sent every day), you have probably noticed the unusual and often poetic paragraphs of text at the end of stories. You read something like this:

hand planted, and the industry that you madest
at the time of the year when I visited the factory, arrow, highsouled
ruler of Madras, aimed at following her,

These paragraphs spammers' attempts to deceive, the filter junk e-mail providers. you have probably seen junk e-mail with titles such as "V1agra, Via'gra or Vi @ graa -- this is another method used to spammers around the text recognition. Junk filters are programmed to recognize common spam words like viagra and hoodia, so that the spammer change, so that the word character is defaced by anti-spam filters, but on the human readable text eye.

The paragraphs that Spam-lit writers love are signs of a more complex filter bypass practice. Spammers use a bot to randomly generate short paragraphs, their material from the separate press (an algorithm for the creation of text from other text), or the digital archive Web Project Gutenberg. Other feed passages from old Bibles through a program in the hope that the archaic language to slip through the spam filters.

The literary movement owes much to the willingness of creative souls to see art in the most bizarre of places, or maybe one quaint desire to turn even the banality frustrating to something worth reading. It's definitely worth a look.

Trash To Treasures - 10 Tips For A Successful Garage Sale

Spring cleaning is a wonderful achievement. Everything is fresh and clean. Is not it feel good? But what do you do with all the opportunities and ends excavated from your closets and recesses of the back of the garage?

Making a few pennies holding a garage /yard sale could be just the ticket. After a series of successful sales over the years, here are some of my favorite tips for the best use of your time and effort:

1) When choosing what to sell, not the things to find out what you think will sell. Try everything to sell. One person's junk is a treasure. Also defective equipment can be sold for parts.

2) Do not throw your old magazines - stick them all in a box and sell it for a quarter piece.

3) Think "save" if the institution. Try to think how traffic patterns to rummage customers would walk around your garage or driveway.

4) Arrange the tables by categories: All things on a kitchen table, on a different bedding, clothing on another, gift article , jewelry besides a mirror, etc. Decide in advance which categories you have, and then sort accordingly.

5) Instead of pricing each garment individually with a large easy-to-read sign on the table. Something like: "All clothes 50 cents each or 3 for $ 1 (unless otherwise indicated)."

6) play background music while people are buying. You want your clients to relax ... Shop ... Your time ... Enjoy the process. Probably an easy-listening station plays familiar songs from the 70's and 80's would ideal.

7) Make people feel comfortable and welcome. I have so many garage sales, where the people of the sale just sat there and glared at you, as you can get. Make sure to smile and graen warmly everyone.

8) For these large colorful signs in the city, some of the individual elements for sale: Tools, baby equipment, clothing, household goods, collectibles, etc. And do not forget your signs after the sale of over.

9) Stock on bags from the store, so you can pocket up purchases for customers with armloads of small items.

10) If your goal is to clear as much as possible, By addressing a great offer on the afternoon of the last day, like: "Everything you can things in a shopping bag for $ 1" or "half-price on all items after 12 pm on Sunday."

By thinking and planning ahead, it is possible your garage sale in a high profit, sociable, and entertaining way to spend a sunny spring weekend.

Celtic Symbolism - Revealing the Meanings in Celtic Art

There is an undeniable aura surrounding Druid Celtic designs and traditions. Although I have a strong commitment to the family in Ireland and Scotland, you do not need a Celtic heritage to be lured by the culture. It has been said that as long as they respect Mother Earth and a feel affinity with the Celtic people, you also have a Celtic soul.

The meanings behind all the spirals, knots, labyrinths, and crosses have fascinated many people for many centuries . As you will find all of these symbols in this book, a brief explanation of some of the most popular interpretations are listed below:

Celtic knot:

Quite perhaps the most famous of all symbols is the Celtic knots. The design artfully interwoven with no beginning and no end is intended as an expression of the Celts' belief in the eternity. Ancient Druids and the Celts believed in a life without end, with the death of only a transition into a new phase. While all node samples contain this element of eternal life, some designs are of the view that the transport of more specific meanings.

For example, or triquestra Trefoil node refers to the importance of the Druid is the number 3 is the number of fate. Te Construction was such a hallmark of the Celtic people, the Irish Christians found a way to convert it into their new faith with the adoption of the symbol as a representation of the Blessed Trinity.

spiral galaxies:

There seems to be a lot of debate about the true meaning of spirals in Celtic art. direction of the spiral, and the number of revolutions seems to affect the meaning behind the picture, therefore, we will discuss some specific configurations.

Triple spiral known as the triple goddess or triskele, symbolized the girl /Mother /female stages of life, or the three stages of Moon.

Double spiral means equilibrium. also believed to Equinox, a time when day and night are equal in length.

Clockwise spiral While the Druids tend to favor the moon in their symbolism, this design is actually a representation of the sun. a loose spiral wound would embody an expansive summer sun, while a spiral wound firmly expressed the shorter days and long nights winter.

maze or Step Patterns:

Symbolic the journey we take in our lives, the labyrinth was frequently during prayer or meditation. Focusing on the design reminds us that life is full of options and open doors, as well as obstacles to overcome.

circles:

Finally, we come to the simple circle, the building block for Celtic How mandala images. It is a universal symbol of the circle of life, birth, death, rebirth. interweaving of circles is the basis for many Celtic node with the number of circles symbolize something more.

Note often that the combination of the above 3 knots triquestra circles formed in the middle. on the other hand, five circles linked together form the circle of being a representation of the Druid four earthly elements are forever united by a fifth element, balance.

Different Organic Products

There are many different types of organic products on the market today. Most food, human and pet food, is an organic variety. There are organic fruit and vegetable selection, organic bread, organic cereals, meat, and organically grown. Beef or pork has grown, and that without the use of antibiotics, growth hormones or as organic. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo have product lines, advertising itself as organically. The hygiene items are made from natural ingredients, mainly herbal products. Also linens and clothes can be made from organic materials. Normally, this means that the natural materials, which has grown to the substance was organically grown, and also that the production of chemical process was free.

If consumers begin to choose their preferred brand of shampoo or not, if the word "organic" is boldly proclaimed on the label? Is it really necessary to fill your home with bio-products? Will it really make a difference? It is necessary to make an informed decision before answering this question. There are experts who argue that the growing organic crops yield less and is impractical. If all organically grown, we would need nearly twice as much arable land for the conservation of the global population.

Organic foods are foods, or grown without the use of chemicals and hormones. They use natural fertilizers such as compost, natural sciences and pesticides. For example, if an infected insect in a crop, such as aphids, the farmer will ladybird into his harvest to eat the aphids. This eliminates the problem without contaminating the food or the eco-system.

There are also dresses from organically. One of the most popular materials cotton is grown organically. This cotton is naturally grown, how much organic fruits and vegetables, and uses no toxic dyes color of the dress. Instead, they grow colored cotton. This not only ensures that the cotton still intact, but because the fabric is not dyed, it will not fade in the wash. In fact, washing these substances tend to deepen, rather than the color faded.

Organic Soaps and cosmetics are also enjoying success as more people search for gentler solutions to put on their skin. Bio-soaps are usually not advertising than with animal products or harmful chemicals. These products are generally more skin and are very popular among people with skin diseases such as eczema condition. Organic cosmetics are in the skin everything from the foundations, lipsticks and mascaras, and although they are gentler on the skin, they may not be as effective for the winners. The foundation or wear lipstick May earlier than the non-organic brands. But many women are willing to trade longwearing make-up for the security, with the knowledge you are not unwittingly putting harmful chemicals on your skin.

Organic products include everything from toiletries to fashion, but it takes a responsible and educated consumers of the fact to separate fad. Organic is not necessarily better, and is not always necessary. Sometimes the only difference is the price.

How to Obtain Copies of New York State Vital Records for Births, Deaths and Marriages for Genealogy

The New York State Department of Health, Office of Vital Records, in the state capital and the city of Albany, NY, is the official repository for the original certificates issued for the births, marriages and deaths for almost all locations Upstate New York (Other as the cities of Albany, Buffalo and Yonkers before 1914.) The filing of certificates was by law in the written information 1881.

The not here for the big cities New York City areas.

There are very many certificates missing in the earlier years, as individuals and doctors , but not in accordance with the law. It is noted that a complete listing begins on the time of the First World War, an important I.

When certificate was issued, he was initially at the local level in the corresponding Village /-mann, Clerk or City Town Clerk's Journal books before the actual document was sent to the Department of Health in May Albany.

You purchase of a partial transcripts of the information contained in the local journals from this particular village, town /-frau. As it is now obvious, you will get a form for the basic facts, that a writer excerpts from the record books. The clerk can not allow patrons to see the books directly or to use them personally. There are some cases in which the clerk transcribed document for a period of waiting and patronage of the person could actually read the articles in the magazine if it on the head to the bottom of the counter.

This would be good enough for your purposes and transaction is usually rather quick, sometimes immediately in person, and sometimes more than two weeks by post. It varies from office to office and /woman to woman. Remember, this method gives you a clerk protocol information from the magazine incomplete entry.

A accurate method is to make a copy of the original document actual vital records. This can be from the Department of Health in Albany. Now there are indications that this process is smooth for you and it will certainly speed up.

First should the item of interest on the microfiche index. The indices will be typewritten sheets by category and year, and alpha grouped by family name. Use care in the search, because the country clerk typist, created the index does not always spell correctly, or the handwriting may have been unclear to the document, or whatever reason, if you do not find what you want, immediately the index; try it again with variant spellings. There are many records of births that the child is still not named, when the certificate was filed. In this situation, it is usually only "male or female," the date, place and certificate number.

These typewriter sheets were then filmed in a microfiche index. A few years ago, the important records office from the decision to double the number of indexes fiche only at the New York State archives should be open to the public, with certain restrictions. You need a photo ID to use, no copies of the fiche is allowed, no Reproduction in any way is permitted, and no computer databases may be out of the index.

What you can do is to the name and position of the interest, and write the village, town or city of the event, the date of the event and a certificate. This number has significance only for the collection of records in Albany at the Department of Health. If you were on the way to the application locally on the village, town /f then the number would not make sense, just the name and the date. The location of the event may be times rather cryptically, as the indexer uses its own method of shorthand for villages, cities and municipalities in some cases. There is no key to the abbreviations that I know of, but with some common official maps, and you should be able to picture it out.

Well thanks to the lobbying of many genealogists friends everywhere, a few years ago the state for a duplicate microfiche series indexes at the Rundel Library in Rochester, NY. This was soon followed by another set in New York City, and for reasons of convenience and good control, the National Archives branch in Manhattan at home agreed. What has been followed is that the index microfiche set is now available throughout the country in the first place several towns and regions are fairly well distributed out.

The rules for public access to vital records indexes are as follows; They are only permitted to The indexes for births, which is seventy five or more years. Marriages and deaths occurred fifty years or more ago.

The microfiche index, which is now available, as follows:

Births (1881-1933), (1881-1958) marriages and deaths (1880-1958). In addition to the marriage and the birth of time restrictions, you must be able to show that all parties are known to be deceased in the purchase, a non-certified copy of the original document. In the case of marriages the bride and bridegroom, both indexes separately.

Complete sets of essential records microfiche indices, which are currently publicly available at the locations listed. You need a photo ID, and it would be wise to listen carefully to the instructions.

1) The New York State Archives, Cultural Education Center, Albany, NY 12230th Location: 11th Floor, Madison Ave. At the Empire State Plaza.

2) The National Archives, Northeast Region Branch, 201 Varick Street, New York, NY 10014th (Note: Since September 11, 2001, there is now a very high level of security screening of all persons entering this plant. Be aware of this and not everything with you that perhaps something similar to a dangerous instrument.)

3 ), the Central Library of Rochester, Monroe County. Located in the Rundel Memorial Library building at 115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604.

4) The Onondaga County Public Library (OCPL) in the Galleries of Syracuse, 447 S. Salina Street Syracuse, NY 13202-2494. It is located on the fifth floor, Local History /Genealogy Department.

Important Note: "At the time," until approximately December 2008 (during the renovation) of these indices are located at the Southern Adirondack Library System Headquarters, 22 Whitney Place, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866th Telephone: (518-584-7300 x 226 Erica Burke). Showing at this location is by appointment.)

The prize for an excerpt from a journal entry on the local level, or a photocopy of the original in the plane is the same either way, $ 22.00.

To order a copy via e-mail or Have the state to do the search for the address is

New York State Department of Health
Vital Records Section
genealogy unit

PO Box 2602 Albany, NY 12220-2602

Before mailing to the Department of Health for a copy of the certificate, you should be aware that the state pointed out that there about five months behind. It is pointed out that on several rootsweb newsgroups, the waiting time is much longer than that.

Here is the official state Web site: http://www.health.state.ny.us/vital_records/genealogy.htm on vital records for genealogical purposes. It would be a good thing for you carefully read all the pricing structure and the rules and regulations. A PDF file with the registration form is available for download on website

There this is a way to improve the turnaround in the situation, a photocopy of the original certificate. For some reason, the state has a little-known fast-track "(my expression) method. If the application hand, with the payment, and paste it into the letter box at the reference desk NYS Archives, then the applications priority, and the waiting period is usually two to four weeks. Do not ask why.

You are not allowed, your e-mail application to the archive to employees give it in the drop box. They are not entitled to the money and do not want to be responsible "for security reasons", as was reported directly to a recent inquirer.

One question that always seems to come to the discussion of this question is "Have the Mormons filmed these indices?" The answer is "No". They are not available anywhere else as described above.

What Makes a Good Role Model? 7 Characteristics that Make a Real Impact

Role models are people that others imitate, emulate or look to for guidance. There are good role models who inspire in others Grae and bad role models, which are what we call "bad influences." There are even anti-role models, bound by the media as "bad girls" and "bad boys", as good examples of what not to do if you want to become a successful, respected person.

Every wants parents, their children to have positive role models who have the characteristics that inspire them to want (and) their best. Although there is some variation in each parent the definition of what it means to be a good person, the following characteristics are 7 models constant.

Positive;

(1) Model-election positive: Little eyes watching and small ears hear. When it comes to a role model, you have to be aware that the choice not only effects, but also the children who regard you as a superhero. Someday, they will be in the same situation and think himself, "What did he or she do if she /he was in the same situation?" The model can not only talk the talk, "and others say, to make good decisions. They need to implement yourself.

(2) Think loud: When you have a tough choice to make, so that the children can see how you through the problem, weigh the pros and cons, and come to a decision. The process, a good decision is a skill. A good example is not only show a child what decision is best, but also how they reached this conclusion. In this way, the child is able to follow this line of argument, if it is in a similar situation.

(3) Apologize and admit error: Nobody's perfect. If you have a bad choice, we are the ones who see and learn from you know that you made a mistake, and how you intend to correct them. This will help them to understand that (a) everyone makes mistakes, (b) it is not the end of the world, (c), you can make it right, and (d) you have to take care of them and are immediately accountable. With the apology, admit your mistakes, and the repairing the damage, you will demonstrate an important yet often overlooked part of that role model.

(4) by the consequences: We all want the children to stay with their commitments and Following their promise. But, as adults it may sometimes be difficult to show follow through if we are tired, distracted, busy, or overwhelmed. To set a good example, we must show stick-itiveness. This means (a), (b) finish what you started, (c) non-stop, (d) keep your word, and (e) continue, even when the going gets tough. As role models, following their objectives, the children learn that it can be done, and helps them to adopt "if he can do it, so can I" attitude.

(5) Show Caution: You may succeed And smart , but regardless of whether you have to show respect or not, speaks volumes about the kind of attitude it takes to make it in life. We always tell children to "treat and others the way we want to be treated" and it can not subscribe axiom that us. Do you have any other step ahead? Have you for the people? They show gratitude for the other? It is often the little things you do to make the grate difference in the way kids perceive how to succeed in business and relationships.

(6) Be well-rounded: Even if we do not want to us too thin, it is important to show children, "Can we have more than just one thing. Large models are not only "parents", or "teacher". They are great challenge, and the learners themselves, in order of their comfort zones. You can be a father, who is also a student of the martial arts, a great cook and a valuable friend. You can a mother, a gifted dancer and a curious photographer. When children see that their role models, many things that they know that they have no need to pigeon-hole course in order to successful.

(7) Demonstrate confidence in who you are: Whatever you decide with your life, be proud of the person that you are. It has been a long road, but it is the responsibility of a role model to commemorate the teachings, which accumulate strength, and character. It is true that we can always improve, but children need to see that their role models are not suspend their trust until they reach "a longer win" or "lose 5 pounds more." We must continue to strive, while satisfied with how far we have come in the same time.

While it may seem like a lot of pressure for a positive role model, no one expects you to superhuman. We would certainly not expect that the behaviour of children, which to us for guidance, nor would we want them to expect that the kind of proper behavior from themselves. You can only your best. And if you mess up today, you can always see tip # 3 and try again tomorrow. Good role models deserve more chances of the children who believe in them.

Creative Writing - The Vanishing HitchHiker

"It's like traveling with the disappearance hitchhikers," said Miran, how bravely his hand the wheel. He watched the movement with a view that steely Soliva he told something back. Wind buffeted the car from the track, as they went; stopped for a while in silence, absorbing the peaceful feeling of someone else as chief. The fog began to creep their windows and their minds wandered, when they saw him. She loved the feeling of loneliness gripping winter comes. There was something about the world virgin shortly before the first snow, the heavens and the earth stretched out long and gray, and the trees were bare and defy all. My mind felt stretched in the air then: still cold and stark. Cars drove by, and she wondered at the fact that no one looked out the window. Somehow, everyone had become disenchanted - fixed on the road - and not more fascinated by the crystal towers, which rose and fell informally on the glass before them.

"Do you have any idea who that is?" Miran Soliva moved back into his world. She looked at him blankly for a moment, considering.

"No." She turned away.

"People choose him, and they go with him for an hour. You look for a minute, and he disappears. You can always find leave - a business card or a note with a phone number. If they call, the people they reach, say, the man was hitchhiking was dead for years. hitchhiker was in the news this morning while we ate breakfast. you were stared at the TV when they say, you do not remember? "His eyes moved between her and the way in the future. Soliva was still looking out the window.

"I am here, Miran. Just thinking." Her body showed no signs of tensions, she said without turning.

Something Miran then left, and he gave. A mute, heavy feeling stuffed, as he saw it, to see the future, he was beginning to know that he could never have imagined. To him, it really was his disappearance hitchhikers-return quietly with him in life for a short time. No possibility of pretext or staying.

He remembered the call lonely, he would once by her aunt. She asked whether he in contact with Soliva, when he would ask them to call. He had been mentioned many times, but his words seemed to travel although her. Someday, he knew he would be a call their friends, a number of scrap some of them left behind. He saw himself, to those who broke through her, the threads that seemed to fall away, as they are harmless. As it seemed so easy .... To ease. So fragile. He was frightened for her.

"I think it would be nice to live." Soliva said suddenly. "I think I would enjoy his life."

"They want to ride in Tour cars all day long?"

Soliva looked at him disappointed. "He is moving. It is a life to touch, to see their places. Kindness you give him and he gives society. Nothing more. He is surrounded by the world and can only be. It is a beautiful way life. "

Miran stiffened, and a new sadness washed over him. He fixed his eyes on the road before and shivered involuntarily. Reaching forward, he turned to the warm air, and the fog and ice from the windows. Soliva sighed, and let slip away.

Caricature Artists - Just Kids Party Entertainment?

Most people hear the word caricature and say, "a cartoon artist, it is only for children."

People to combine seems to be a cartoonist with their youth. Maybe it was the caricature drawing they got in the Disney or Jersey shore, where they were a kid.

With my experience in the party and entertainment business, I can tell you this is a myth.

Adults love, outlined by a cartoonist. If I set up a fair, which usually I draw mostly children. If the drawings are complementary, at a party, it seems to motivate the people to use them. They will not have the opportunity to get quite often sketched. That seems the key to them sit in a warm place. Then it is a chain reaction, and everybody gets into it. I hear from adult woman "make me very," as they giggle. They walk at a high price wedding, laugh and show their pictures to the other. I can tell you that at weddings a cartoonist is a real icebreaker. You have many people sitting together who do not know each other. If her comic portrait, to open to each other. Many people have told me that a cartoon sketch artists on their wedding made the party more fun. If I tell people I draw caricatures at parties to immediately think it is only for children. Now I have to explain to them the majority of my cartooning events are for grownups. The grate advantage of the cartoon, the artists at a wedding, it is also a wedding favour. To get more bang for their money. You get wedding entertainment and big wedding favors.

And with a cartoon artist is a very reasonable value if you make sure that you both options.

At Christmas and holiday parties to listen to the comments from people when they see me drawing cartoons . They say: "What we are 12 years old? There are the same people who line for a cartoon later in the party. They tell me that they did not realize how much fun it is to be considered. They prefer my wife said, as Angelina Jolie, the men tell me to draw, as Brad Pitt.

At fairs do I get the same comments. Most people will say that they never had a cartoon drawing, as it is for children. These people always dismantle and one did. It's great fun getting a cartoon they say. You tell me, I am the hit of the event, and caricatures are the best entertainment they have seen, at a party. Many say: "It's like a funny and original idea". I hear them say, "Who thought of this?

As You can hear all the laughter and humorous comments on the drawings. I start to laugh at me as well. It is a wonderful feeling, a smile on the faces of so many people. That is what I like about my job.

After so many comments about these events hearing cartoons are only for the children, I think that adults only BIG KIDS.

This is a day to achieve and to say, if you are happy, "I love you." If you are not so fortunate, as have a good relationship with your brother or sister, use this day to the "real" reasons that you do not .

Most people have their own explanations for why they do not get along with or as Their siblings. But after 38 years working with adult siblings, I have come to understand that most often the source of problems arises from - it parents.

Let me say quite clearly that I am not blame parents. Her parents have probably the best they knew, but unintentionally, the parents are in seven of the top ten reasons for the siblings conflicts.

  1. child safety Preference
  2. children recreate parents conflicts
  3. parents siblings recreate their own problems with their children
  4. parents is the "master operator" for the siblings

Parents set up to fight, be jealous, will be removed. If they had children, they brought their own problems with their siblings - perpetuating generational change siblings pattern. Once you understand where your bad feelings you started, have a better chance to solve the problems in your relationships. Siblings - April 10 Is National Sibling Day, So Go Call Your Brother And Sister

You grew up with brothers and sisters. She played with them, you fought with them. They clapped for you (or you tattled on them). Mom liked you more, Dad liked them more.

You 'now grown again. Do you still have the same dispute? Can you write the talks before they even occur? Do you get along well - except for certain topics? Speak now to your siblings? And they are still alive, so that you can talk to them?

In 1998, Chris Evart decided to do something special. You had a brother and a sister - both dead, long before they would have. From as part of a number of siblings, it was only a child. Regardless of their childhood experiences with her brother and sister, she has her loss and their memories and translated them into action. She began work on the siblings National Day (www.SiblingsDay.org.)

She says: "Mother's Day, Father's Day honor of the parents live." She wants one day to honor the people who grew up with you. This would be the people who shared your bedroom, your clothes, which make up the same toys. They also want a day to memorialize the siblings who are no longer in your life. They grabbed 10th April, her sister birthday.

More than 2 /3 thirds of the states have recognized National Day siblings and Evart is hot in the footsteps of President Bush, to make it a national proclamation.

Evart turned what their feelings about their brothers and sisters in the In childhood, a positive measure for himself - and others. What do you do with your feelings about your child's brothers and sisters?

"Last Tuesday, as every first Tuesday of the month in the last 12 years I have in my red Subura and drove four hours straight to the north on I-95 to Denny's. Why? Because my sister Chrissy went after south on I-95 for the same four hours for a meeting with me. "Robin grins:" I do not want to miss, even if this Tuesday, the Queen of England came to the city. we had lunch and spent the day together, Shops poking around, looking for new areas, but mostly sitting and talking.

Robin and Chrissy, midi - Living married women have their work schedule so they can this special time together each month.

"We were not always so close. It was 30 years plus would be if we did not go so far as our own backyards to spend time together. Mom wanted us always nearby, but if we do something, it is 15 months older than me, more than anything, we fought, and I always cry at the end. When we were teenagers, she was angry when I lent her clothes, her makeup, jewelry or her. True, I do not always ask first, but after all, I was a teenager!

After College, we have our own way. We have together twice a year with our parents for Thanksgiving and Passover. These were the only times our children got to see and play with each other.

But then something changed our mother funeral, it was almost magical. As we stood over her coffin, it was as if her hand came and grabbed us and made us hug. The embrace changed our lives. "

Chrissy had never heard of siblings National Day." I think it's a good idea, at least for now. How would I have felt before Mother died? I am ashamed to say, but I think I would have laughed. Why would I want to celebrate a day for a person who I did not really care? "

Ninety-five percent of Americans grow up in which at least one brother or sister. This is a huge statistic, yet so little attention is paid to such a significant relationship. Most adults with their lives, their siblings, or ignore the their existence as self-evident, as Chrissy and Robin before her mother death.

Don 't your siblings of course. Whether you choose, they would be friends, they are for your life. On April 10, send a card , call or e-mail to thank you for your brother or sister.

How To Help Your Child D-Stress

Is your child is unusually sensitive, both to their own feelings and those of others? Does your child feel overwhelmed quickly? Has your child draw back, or look worried frown? Is your child to breastfeed? If your child shows signs of when fear of change or a situation that they are not familiar?

Children have a tendency to worry more than usual, were often born with those trends. The parents are sometimes not sure how to handle situations that may arise, and perhaps even try to force the child to someone they are not comfortable. This is a mistake. It is better to gently convince your child, instead of trying to force their child to get out of his comfort zone. There is a delicate balance between understanding and expectation.

Some tips to help your child feel safe and comfortable:

1. Speak with your child in advance about possible challenging situation, and help him or her plan effective methods in the treatment challenges.

2. Role-playing together until your child finds a way, that in connection comfortable. If your child has a new master, difficult transition, you have to congratulate him, the recognition that you know how difficult the situation was.

3. If your child seems to be the difficulty, new friends to make him or her to a child that is similar in temperament. Someone whose personality overwhelmed your child can only things more difficult.

4. When you come out of your child in the custody of another person, you assure him that you as a way back to the beginning of preparation for the separation. Promise to return at a certain time. Make sure your child in the care of a foster adult.

5. Spend quality time alone with your child. This gives him the opportunity to openly and naturally express his concern. This, in turn, gives you the opportunity to the parents to reassure and build the confidence of your child.

6. Create a positive and successful experience worthwhile, so that your child will gain self-confidence. This is especially important, because your child has more experience away from you and your home environment. The world can seem a little frightening, and unfriendly. You want your child to feel that the world can and will be a safe place for them.

Children trends, which feel stress and anxiety develop, often oversensitive nervous system. You have a low threshold for admission to attractions. Loud noises, intense emotions and new experiences are challenging for them to sort. It is important to give them space, even if they are temporarily removed from a too heavily burdened or stimulating atmosphere. This offers them the opportunity to digest situations.

Do emotions, and not try to change the core personality traits of your child. Accept them for who they are. Respect and love for their unique and individual personalities. Just guide and help him or her directly in positive ways, so that he or she can reach their potential. If you feel fear, your child will pick up on the fears and it can only things more difficult for them. The more you trust your child can show, the more confidence they will begin to feel more free and themselves.

Artistry and Social Consciousness in Cyprian Ekwensi's Novels and Stories

Starting from his thrilling and exciting plots, it is obvious that most Cyprian Ekwensi revolves usually very good and interesting stories. But his plots are often so episodic organic unity to lose. In People of the City , the plot is loose and episodic. The looseness at the end of the various sub-plots make the novel read like a chronicle of events in the life of the people. However, the placement of the same characters in all of these events keeps them together. The action is also in episodic Jagua Nana with about three sites not permanently connected and justified in the wider context of the novel. One of them is the Jagua brings to Freddie's home. The other three novels are, however, spared this problem, because it would improve property control.

Some incidents in the works not from real and convincing. All too often, there are frequent recourse to melodramatics. These are most evident in the many dramatic events with Amusa Sango and Jagua Nana, murders, suicides and fights, as well as the numerous sexual orgies with the same characters. Fortunately Survive the peace seems to have been spared much that.

In addition, many characters are not coming from real and convincing. The women Amusa Sango meets with people in the city are mostly stable as well. Also, the main character himself, Sango, as shallow and stereotyped .. Much of what we know is it by the authors comment rather than showing what it through his words, thoughts and actions. Freddie's representation in Jagua Nana is a shadowy existence. Many of his actions seem rather unlikely. It is unlikely, as an honest and idealistic young man suddenly transformed to a self-serving political aspirant and lusty simply because he just returned from studying overseas.

Other characters like Namme uncle, uncle Ofubara, and Dennis are almost as Odoma Good as pawns. Uncle Taiwo's funny presentation makes it more of a caricature than a fully developed character. He is just as a ball of the introduction of the political aspects of life Lagos. Seldom has Ekwensi enable the reader to follow the process that his figures. Neither is his use of diction successful in distinguishing the various characters, whose speech remains unchangeable, despite the different situations and circumstances in which they are located. Freddie's superior education is not in a position to talk to him differently than his mistress uneducated prostitutes, Jagua. Ekwensi the characters, even if the events in the cultural importance, showing only a superficial perception, learning little or nothing at all about themselves and their quests.

There is not much Ekwensi striking in the use of language. One is its use of the English language is usually uncertain and shows little mastery of the rules and current uses. Unlike Achebe, he has not developed an authentic African voice. His language seems largely imitative, the fourth sentence Western. Because he seems to be just pandering to the tastes and expectations of the book-buying public to the west of it expects that certain literary forms and conventions. His writing style had therefore influenced by them. Because, as he himself said that he was writing for a mass appeal so much that in an interview with Larson he prosperity of the future he would have been if he were swimming in writing in the above America.

Despite, hundreds of thousands of readers both in the West and in Nigeria, have found entertainment and a realistic picture of the joys and dangers of city life and his writings. But his work could be redeemed by its grave concern with some of the most pressing social and political problems of modern Nigeria threaten? How well does he deal with the social and political concerns of Nigeria and Africa? It may also be necessary to examine how he deals with the "chaotic formlessness and sustained flow of the modern Nigerian city."

In response to the interviewer, who asked him basically what inspired him as an artist. He. Said:

you can social consciousness. You have to be conscious of the people with whom you live under, their likes and dislikes, and you respect them and their culture still extract and so on.

Ekwensi works are in the rural as well as urban centers. This bipolar environments allow him to show the ugliness of the city and monstrosity next to the idyllic and unspoiled beauty of rural life. In the rural area values such as honesty, industry and respect for the elders, ancestors and gods are in high esteem. But in the cold, foreign, strange and barren wasteland, is the city that people are dishonest, corrupt politicians and neighbors are in hostilities. It is like a hostile world, that the emigrants from the rural areas are thrust as prey. In contrast to the beauty and innocence of the country, where they are daily confronted wretched filth, decay, hopelessness and prevarication. " This despite the superficial gloss they could see, in the city of their hopes for self-realization are beset with erdreckender setbacks for the city has a huge influence, a magnetic force, which from a distance just swings his excitement, happiness and transient Glitter, Lockt People either destruction or downfall.

Ekwensi was gifted as a writer with an acute power of observation. With his talent for catapulted itself deep into each scenario or environment, he observes the people not only tight, but translated mannerisms and its manifestations in many of his characters. Created largely by his first-hand knowledge and interactions with Nigerians, and a sharp intellect and science - is primarily a pharmacist characteristic that an orderly manifested itself in his works.

Cyprian Ekwensi has a fruitful edition of the popular novels and stories repeatedly to the Nigerian capital Lagos show the negative impact of the urban milieu to migrants from rural areas, portrays the lives of prostitutes, shady politicians, businessmen, police officers, journalists, thieves and others who witnessed the seamier side of life, as As it is a good representation of erotic love in a society in which arranged marriages are mostly plots and fiction avoids dealing with love and marriage.

In People of the City Sango and almost everyone with whom he interacts, as a pressure suffer. The city is moving to a central motif, and then graduates almost as a character, controlling, definition, the organization and often destroy other people's lives. It is like a trap to help devour the unwary is proposed, as in the first sentence: "As the city attracts all types and how the unwary must suffer from the ignorance of its ways." The police warning after Aina arrest: "... Who's not careful, the city will eat him" captures the incipient danger. Moreover, the constant warning voice of his mother, the women of the city.

Beatrice is the prime contractor victims. Although it appears that the most vulnerable. It shows already on our first acquaintance with her, the unrest and the desire for excitement, activity and freedom in general those who determined the motive, the city of the victims, but it is also showing signs of deterioration and disintegration - they already The suffering deadly disease, which is eventually to their demand life.

Beatrice is so trapped in his clutch, that in the end they could not respond positively to salvation for themselves in order to earn at the end of a humiliating welfare recipient's young funeral.

The Girls, Aina, if led to court, stood against a city determined to show them no mercy "if the first location, warm feelings shows will inevitably caused by the city into a hardened thief callousness and racketeers." Earn up a tough prison sentence.

Dazed by the illusory glitter, they all renounce the money, fame and influence to win. Lost in such a hysteria of life, they follow their basest inclinations with total abandon. Sango at the end, but can not with the examination of others.

Jagua, like all other oppressed women "who came to Lagos, imprisoned, in the city, unable to rid itself of its claws" come to listen to the taunts and threatening attitude of the people in their Ogabu kept blaming, it is not productive, even after three years of marriage. The Lagos it is going to is found to appreciate values diametrically opposed to her village. There "glass were girls, worked in the offices as men, danced, smoked, wore high-heeled shoes and narrow trousers, and were free and easy with their favor." There is no one in judgement over another for non-performance to meet any responsibility. In fact, Jagua feels relieved, because they can not access their account is not for the performance of their duty as a woman and as a wife has been the case back home. It therefore falls into the open arms, but pernicious of the city. They move from a situation of desperation to another with little if any self-satisfaction. At the Tropicana, a popular place for the night Lagosians, it has different types of men with the make-believe glamour of this degenerate world, it is dark lighting makes her look even more beautiful and seductive than usual.

All the women wore dresses, the Definitely after Grae so that Gesa grotesque and breasts jutted above the general contours of her body. At the same time, midriffs shrunk to suffocation. A dress succeeded, the men when they flirt hungry eyes in this super-modern sex market. The dancers occupied a small word, unlit, so that they are silhouetted faces and bodies, without the most un-athletic men could be considered an attempt to make the improvisation-called high-life.

The their full effect of corruption through the city is fully realized when the villagers Ogabu ridicule of their values and their standards:

The women have their eyes firmly on the painted eyebrows and a child cried in Ibo "Mama! your lips with blood ... heard a Jagua other women say, "It is the end, as if the drop-off. I can not understand what the girls become

Jagua devotion to the excesses of urban life only leads to their drifting away from true self-knowledge. She flees into life as short, intense, desperate, without the use of the social conventions. But realizing that the Tropicana was a mere illusion, they must renounce quickly to achieve a new life, the big change in her life.

Jagua begins again Ogabu "with new settings and will be rewarded with the performance they had yearning for all your life. your pregnancy satisfy this yearning. And for this, Jagua's joy is boundless. "Quite clearly the law has led to their concept that takes place in the landscape" a cottage at the lake, just a stone's throw from the shrine. " It is thus seen reunification of the country, their roots, which they had so long denied and fled from.

Poverty and misery are both a cause and an effect of the problems of the city. Only a brief glance at the house of Aina mother says as much:

It had looked bleak enough in the sun, but now the darkness, there was a new level of poverty musty. The only light was from a street lamp about fifty meters away when the two houses flanked it fairly shone with their own lights

Predictably the internal conditions are worse off:

He could not see his way in the future. With outstretched hands, he fumbled on what a door. His hand against something and he appeared trapped under ... Then he realized that the entire floor was covered with sleeping body. He was covered with sleeping body. He was in a kind of less open-bed dormitory. Everyone, but the old woman slept on the floor. Old, young, lovers, enemies, fathers, mothers, they all shared this hall. From early childhood Aina had heard discussions about sex, seen bitter quarrels, heard, seen and perhaps even adults shamelessly their naked passions like animals.

Buraimoh Ajikatu is a representative of the underdogs in the economic stranglehold of the city. It is an irony that in the middle of such wealth as to be expected in such transactions a clerk in a large department store hardly enough for himself, his wife and four children. He also found it incomprehensible. He proposes, therefore, to the city as the "enemy, the increase of prices of their goods without his pay, or even if the pay raises prices as soon raced before deterioration of the situation much more than before. His situation is only can be found, if he stepping into a secret society. Then he receives a salary increase and promotion overdue much promise, with a further important within a month. He now realizes why all that he would have been under oppression, the only non - member. And then:

One night fell the blow .... She asked him, in fact a question of the way to give them their first son was born. He protested, asked for an alternative sacrifice, and if they would not listen threatened to leave the company. But they told him that he could not leave. It was a way, but no one - unless by death. He was frightened, but inexorably.

He said that none of his misery, and it was gone when he was at home. Now that the good things in life he had, he would not say, go back and his wife. learned all this Sango , and much more. for him had great significance. with the discovery of this veil, he had discovered where all the depressed people of the city went for the food. you literally sold their souls to the devil

In Jagua Nana we get more insight into the lower reaches of Lagos life with very bloody details of the dirt and pain:

A young woman in the corner of the room seemed to be smelly, a statement which was Freddie interrupted. started bawling you swear words to the young police constable, "Ignore them and kept on writing ever ... other policemen were in some lecherous satisfaction of the young woman's behaviour. defiant They had a twinkle in their eyes, her breath smelled of alcohol and her blouse - an arm of which was in the scrum Some - slouched over a bare chest with a little dare-devil, not abandon, but funny. you seemed on their way to be, power of their femininity on the men in khaki uniforms. Freddie stared at the ragged woman who confronted him with the eternal struggle to live, so tragic in the lower reaches of Lagos life.

Ekwensi vividly describes the misery and dirt:

They stored away the food, then took her towel and went to the toilet, but if they beat a man, she replied from inside, and instead they went to the toilet. old buckets piled high on the floor and made so that they nothing could see their silver sandals. Everything has been done by the broken children upstairs. Why blame if their mothers do not know any better. Where was the landlord? Where was the City Hall Health Inspector? The Inspector was to come here again in a while, and when he came, he notes in his black book, but nothing ever happened. would you talk with him seriously the next time. unpleasant side of life Lagos: The flies in the toilet - big and blue and persistent - to the breakfast and lunch-yam stew (they were invisible in a stew with greens). Jagua But closed eyes closed and their nostrils with her towel.

Ekwensi works also show youth crime. Beatrice is said that whoever , it promotes in the city. for Bayo shows how they introduced Suad Zamil to him, and we were in love. . . . Of course, we used to in her room, and she was kind to us. "The insidious influence of the city on the young is also by the teenage prostitutes mature Aina, which represents the" mad-age "and the mid-teenagers whose eyes are full of enthusiasm with the life Aina backups in all its evils of the wild Living in the city, it contributes most to Sango's depravity. your greed and dishonesty manifests itself mainly in their preference for shop-lifting it transfers to Sango and uses it in many exploitative and destructive ways with which it was his money and between him and the good influences as Elina.

Through Aina Beatrice and we have a clear idea of prostitution. Beatrice, in the sensual novel came from the eastern Greens, the city of coal. was moved into the city, as they themselves said, by the need for the high life expectancy, which includes their cars, servants, high-quality food, decent clothes, luxurious living all that they can only win when they realized by himself to someone who could. once in the city it is in the middle of their ways and are engaged in the promotion. yourself boasts ebermaigen their sexual appetite as "Hot stuff, that the Europeans are crazy." Gunnings But then, with which the European She has three children was not enough to satisfy them. you leave it then for Sango. Flirtet them indiscriminately with Lajide and Zamil, and their housing can later be used as a nest for young lovers like Bayo and Suad Zamil.

There is also the Kleglichen case Dupeh Mattin was born and bred in the city with only primary education, and perhaps the first few years of secondary education, but still to know about all Western sophistication - Make-up, cinema, jazz, and so on.

This kind Sango girls knew would To walk their shoes thin in the air-conditioned atmosphere of the stores, hangs over the whole day in the foyer of the hotel with not a penny in her handbag, rather than living in the country to marry and Dad's choice.

In Jagua Nana , prostitutes as victims are generally drifting with the city itself. young prostitutes go to the Tropicana daily expected that something could happen to put an end to their poverty and hunger. Lagos, therefore, is where many others are virtually strangers in a city where anyone can come to quick money faster. his bright lights, the sounds, asphyxiation, in which time their friends. Tropicana in time for it "a potent, habit-forming brew , "gives it a constant stock of tension and happiness and popularity, and the money, if competition inevitably develops between her and her colleagues in their offer to attract and capture customers.

Ekwensi on crime and shady deals. Sango ' servants therefore warns that Bayo which we already know is in the underworld of crime is a bad boy which is also his master has to be careful, so that he draws you into trouble. Sango But apparently ignored the advice, and to figures the consequences very expensive. Sangro room becomes a venue for the execution of the plans Bayo's risky. So at the end of the CID searched the apartment and whisked him off.

Jagua 's drift into crime, it also allows us to our knowledge about improving the world in Jagua Nana. Obanla's ugliness is veiled by the offices of renowned lawyers, engineers and business people in respectable cloak. Dennis's Odama everything is so dark and mysterious that Jagua had some time to spend before they could habit their eyes to its darkness. All his people the time to wait for the night and keep always on the alert for the police siren, to be heard, they would rise quickly in their hiding places. For Dennis, crime has become the only way to earn a living in a cruel city. When he was discharged, if the possibility exists, as a clerk:

... I have been trying to find a job. The wonder, for money to bribe. Give me a man ten pounds, and he money and hack de fin he does not work for me. What should I do?. I mus' hoes. Myself and de taxi man who die, we make some kin hundred pounds from Saturday. Eventually, we do not see Anythin '. But we live happy .... We look never money in de face, a 'say' dis is too much money. "We jus' spen 'to anythin' we want. Anythin." So why I fear? De dat de policeman day we start, we go. Are all the same, in which we live, whedder cell or outside the cell en.

Ekwensi his company also confronted with the social injustices and immoralities. This includes housing problems in the alliance with the high-handedness and almost inhuman attitude of the landlords and the fraudulent means by which the rich keep enriching itself at the expense of the poor. Thrown example, if the tenant from their homes to become rich meat, as was the case for Sango, for the ruthless exploiters: Representatives of the housing industry, the pimps and liars accept under false pretenses.

Zamil money, the Lebanese, a carefree, rich financier who keeps his money tossing bait at attractive women is one of the so-called foreign investors, which in African cities with promises of industrialisation, but only succeed in the small African edges dealers out of business. They might even promote further misery by a composite whole and for the payment of rent for five years in advance, while ten Africans would squeeze into a smelly, dirty, and slummy room.

Lajide, a local landlord foreigners preferred, because they willing and able to offer him "five thousand pound cash ... for a lease period of five years." He is a donor careless when in the company of beautiful women, but often too stingy and cruel men. He has no scruples when it comes to acquiring more money. He buys stolen military vehicles on Ermaigten rates and then sells them later with a high profit section, which he then used to influence the law in its favor. Because of its callousness to the less fortunate, Sango regards him as his "a major obstacle in the city."

In Survive the peace Ekwensi moves on to examine the social impact of the Nigerian civil war was fought to prevent the attempt to Ibo breakaway from the federation to form the Republic of Biafra in 1967 to 1968. With the end Des war was the destruction of such a dimension that it is almost unbelievable that the war had ended. Families, tribes and cultures have all disintegrated. Deaths have been so widespread that grief is useless. Wives get drummed into so that they could fornication 'T redeemed, while their husbands conjugal duties withdraw so that a general breakdown of the family life.

The efforts to the peace to survive, graer as needed to to survive the war. Essential commodities are either rare or unaffordable prices. A chicken, the cost fifteen shillings before was now twenty pounds. Life here is marked by suffering. While some are starving to death, others fear, hold the potential attack from roving bands of armed bandits who loot and kill. It is ironic that in the middle of the many peace keeping and girls are dying raped.

The war has not changed anything for it is stupid and pointless, as the product of power-cursed seekers, to protect itself, while others Send to be killed. Because after Ukoha Pa.:

If some black men begin to greedy. They eat and fill the stomach and the stomach by their brothers. That is not enough for them. Continue until their throats are filled. And that is not enough. They have foods in the stomach and in their throats and they do full on the mouth and then proceed to fill the bags. But no one else outside the family or the tribe must participate in these foods. But everyone should have a share in the food industry. That is what brings the problems in Africa. So, I want the rule - so my shares. They want to rule, you have your shares. Then we begin to kill ourselves. God forbid.

Ekwensi, despite the above-mentioned shortcomings has much to the development of African literature because of the wide body of works that make life in the city so much more alive memories alive with the setting together with local color ..
